An intern with HipLink had this to share, "The work was repetitive. Not really an environment where you grow as an employee. I was assisting with Payroll records and then once i was done, I became a temporary receptionist. The office was very quiet. It's the type of place where you do the same thing every day until you retire."

"I worked at HipLink Software full-time Cons: Small husband and wife run company Management is Deceptive, Egotistical, Closed minded, Distrustful, Petty, Stubborn, and Unappreciative. Extreme micromanagement Unrealistic expectations Ask how many reps out of how many have reached quota over the past 5 years. I would not have given HipLink any stars but Glassdoor requires that you choose at least one. No career opportunities Low base salary Expect you to put in a 60 hour week vs. appreciate when one does. No respect for sales people in general."
